ABOUT

The SeaTac Environmental Project (S.T.E.P.) team was founded in 2015 by 4 sophomores at Raisbeck Aviation high school for their Environmental Challenge Project. They were tasked to come up with a solution for the congestion problem at SeaTac airport and with the effect that the congestion had on the CO2 emissions. Scroll down below to meet the team!

THE TEAM
Alex Kanemasu

Alex is SeaTac Environmental Project's team leader and technical writer. He has managed the project's proposal while overlooking the rest of the team's operations. He is a sophomore at Raisbeck Aviation high school.

Rohan Mathew

Rohan is S.T.E.P.'s data analyst, working on the graphs and charts seen in the appendix section of the project proposal. He is a sophomore at Raisbeck Aviation high school.

Yasin Ali Halane

Yasin acts as S.T.E.P.'s legal analyst, reasearching laws and building codes in order to ensure that the solution created followed under city and state regulations. He is a sophomore at Raisbeck Aviation high school.

Cynthia Nguyen

Cynthia is in charge of S.T.E.P.'s media and marketing side. She created the website as well as combined the team's ideas into an encompassing marketing plan. She is a sophomore at Raisbeck Aviation high school..
